ACCOMMODATION

Stockholm Chamber Brass has arranged rooms for participants at the local Folkhögskolan at a heavily reduced rate. The prices listed below are the planned amounts for guidance. If you prefer to arrange your own accommodation you are welcome to do so.

Single room (8 nights) 5700 SEK per person

Double room (8 nights) 3900 SEK per person

INFORMATION

The deadline date for applications to the SCB CompositionAcademy 2023 is the 12th February 2022, although applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. After the deadline date a maximum of 5 composers will be invited to attend the Academy.

Once this application form has been submitted each composer will be requested via email to submit a short CV/Bio, 2 compositions in PDF form of two compositions for different instrumental or vocal settings and links to recordings of the compositions if they are available.

Successful applicants will be notified soon after the closing date and will be requested to pay a deposit of 500 SEK per member to reserve their place.

Full course fees are 3500 SEK (including the 500 SEK deposit)
